Reserve Your Homesite at Walkers Ridge

Homesite reservations at Walkers Ridge require a $5,000 reservation deposit, which temporarily secures the selected lot while buyers complete due diligence, financing, builder selection, and other purchase-related planning. Buyers are required to enter into a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement and close with Seller within the 60-day reservation period following the final plat recording. If closing does not occur within that timeframe, the Homesite Reservation will automatically become null and void. Reservation deposits are held in escrow, credited toward the purchase at closing, and are non-refundable and non-assignable.

FAQS

How does reserving a homesite work?

A homesite reservation allows you to temporarily hold a lot with a $5,000 fully refundable deposit while you finalize your plans.

When does the 60-day reservation period begin?

The 60-day period begins once the subdivision plat is officially recorded—not when you sign the reservation agreement.

Is my homesite guaranteed once reserved?

Not entirely. If another buyer submits an offer, you will have 48 hours to match the terms before the lot is released.

What happens if I decide not to move forward?

You may cancel your reservation at any time prior to signing a purchase agreement, and your deposit will be refunded in full.

How long do I have to complete the purchase?

You have 60 days after the plat is recorded to enter into a purchase agreement.

Can I transfer my reservation to another lot?

Yes, you may transfer your reservation to another available homesite, subject to approval.
